We love an old fashioned Root Beer Float, so we thought we'd try creating our own version that celebrates our favorite treat: the Caramel Apple. What resulted was a refreshing alternative to the original, perfect for a sunny day (or any day!). Try our quick and easy Caramel Apple Ice Cream Float recipe for yourself!

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
1. Cut the Peanut Caramel Apple into small chunks.
2. Pour one part apple juice and one part ginger ale into a soda glass. Make sure the glass is only filled about halfway; you’ll need room for the ice cream!
3. Carefully add a large scoop of vanilla ice cream to the glass.
4. Sprinkle some of the chunks of the Peanut Caramel Apple over the ice cream.
5. Top with whipped cream sprinkled with more Peanut Caramel Apple chunks. Enjoy!
